12 people injured in an attack by suspected gang members in kisauni

Eight criminal suspects have been arrested in Kisauni and Nyali following an attack which left 12 people injured and eight of them hospitalized with severe cuts and broken limbs.

According to Cyrus Gatobu the Deputy County Commissioner (DCC) Kisauni Sub-County, a gang christened “86 Battalion” is believed to be behind the deadly attacks that have left the residents living in fear.

While confirming the attacks Nyali MP Mohamed Ali has called upon the government to facilitate the area police with vehicles to enable them to carry out daily security patrols. The hunt for the criminal gang is ongoing as police commence an operation to flush them out of their hideouts.
