A German national, Hans Dieter Wilhem Schwing was today arraigned in Mombasa court police seeking 10days to detain while investigating on terrorism activities.According sworn affidavit presented to Mombasa magistrate Ritta Amwayi.
The police said they are investigating the suspect for being involved and financing terror activities.Making her ruling the magistrate ruled that suspect be detained for two days and presented to court on 25th of this month.
