The BBI motion has been tabled at the Murang’a county assembly from the IEBC and delegated to a committee on Governance and labor.
Speaking at a press briefing, the majority leader Murang’a county assembly Hon. Erick Kimani said now the committee will issue the notices for public participation where the members of the public are required to attend the meetings.
Afterwards, the committee will write a report that will be returned to the assembly where the honorable members will either pass or reject the motion.
Erick however has urged the members of the public to receive the BBI in a peaceful and calm manner for its effectiveness.,
