The comedian actor Timothy Kimani aka Njugush has announced that he has decided to call his role in Real House-helps of Kawangware over, news that have not positively been received by his fans.

Citing change, Njugush who has played the role of Njugush since the show’s inception announced the departure on his Facebook page.

“Hi family, I will no longer be on The Real House-helps of Kawangware; sad as it might be,” Njugush broke the news.

“Change is not bad, but without gelled and oiled transition I feel it would put characters, plot, and the whole show in jeopardy,” said.

“However I am really humbled for all the support you’ve given me as a character all through. I have grown in unforeseen measures and this makes me be grateful for your undying love forever. Also Protel studios “asante” for the platform you gave me. Above all I thank God for weaving this basket to completion,” he concludes.

The others who like Njugush have left the show are Philip Karanja (the director) and Abel Mutua (the writer) have also announced their exit.

“After 104 episodes, we feel we have done our share and it will only be fair if we handed over the baton to another team to inject a new feel to the show,” Phillip said.Karanja announced that he had started his own production company called Phil-It.
