Nyayo Stadium to host KPL Top- 8 tournament

Nyayo Stadium will host all the four quarter-final matches of Kenyan Premier League Top-8 tournament on May 1 and 2.

The decision to host all the last eight matches at the same venue has been necessitated by the absence of alternative venues outside Nairobi.
According to a statement from KPL obtained by Goal, Bandari will play Tusker on May 1 as from 2pm. This will then give way for AFC Leopards to take on Ulinzi Stars as from 4p.m.
On May 2, defending champions Gor Mahia will take on Ushuru before Sofapaka takes on Muhoroni Youth.
The semi-finals will be played on June 11 and 12 but no venue has been selected yet. The finals have been scheduled for June 18 in Mombasa with the winner walking away with Sh1million.
