The Kenyan film and art industry woke up to the saddening news of the demise of a prominent actor Kone Nouhoum.
With time, Kone Nouhoum became a household name in the industry and it took a lot of hard work.
Idolized by many, revered by most, liked by a multitude but compared to just a few.
He featured in many local TV series including “New Beginnings”, “Mama Duka”, “This is Life”, “Joto” and “Mali”.
Kone will be fondly remembered for his role as Reagan on the telenovela ‘Selina’.
5 months ago, Kone was involved in a freak accident, sustained injuries and was admitted in Nairobi Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit. The impact made his head bob backwards and fractured his spine. He’s been in and out of surgery since.
He succumbed to his injuries this morning, the family confirmed.
