The move to replace the outgoing IEBC officials continues with a number of other five shortlisted for the interviews.
Among the newly shortlisted people include Former Mombasa Mayor, Taib Ali Taib, and former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) representative to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Florence Muoti Mwangangi.
The five join the previous shortlisted five for the post of the chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
This brings to ten the total number of those slated to be interviewed to succeed IEBC chairman Ahmed Issack Hassan at the helm of IEBC.
The first lot, Roseline Odhiambo Odede, Kipropo David Malakwen, Margaret Wambui Ngugi Shava, David Mukii Mereka and Dr John Kangu Mutakha, according to selection Committee will be interviewed on December 20th.
