Some students from the University of Eldoret may not graduate today on Friday, November 25, 2016 after their names went missing from the graduation list.
And on Thursday, the over 1,000 students took to the streets to protest.
According to the students, they had not been informed why their names were not included in the graduation list despite meeting all the necessary requirements.
a majority said they had no fee balance, and neither did they have disciplinary case ongoing nor some unattended units.
They later moved to court to ensure that the graduation does not take place if they are not included in the list.
However, the judges failed to stop the graduation ceremony but ordered the administration to include those who had met all the requirements in the list.
