Tatu city developers can now breathe a sigh of relief after Kiambu county government withheld its earlier hardline stand in approval of building plans. The 5,000-acre model city is currently abuzz with construction activities after the developer initially differed with the county government over the issue of public utilities.
Briefing the press after a tour of the ongoing development work, Tito Oduk, the company commercial and industrial developments manager said more than 50 companies have bought land and started construction after the stalemate was resolved.
According To Oduk, An Approximate Of 20 Kilometers Of Tarmac Has So Far Been Built To Service The Ongoing Construction Of 6,000 Residential, Commercial And Industrial Premises.
