UON students cause unrest in the city following murder of former student leader OCS Ragira

Irate Students from the university of Nairobi Took To The Streets OF Nairobi On Thursday Night, Blocking The State House Road Engaging Police In A Running Battle Seeking Justice Of One Of Their Own who was murdered in cold blood.

Samuel Ragira Alias Ocs ,A Uon Student And A Leader Who Caught The Attention Of the press, well Known For His  Great Zeal And Confidence When It Came To Fighting For Students Rights Was allegedly Shot Dead Thursday Evening By Goons At Club 36 Market Located Opposite Nairobi Primary School.

Ragira Is Reported To Have Met His Death After A Confrontation Ensued With The Said Goons Who Had Been Terrorizing Traders At The “Klabu” Market Demanding Money In Exchange For Stalls. Mr. Ragira Had Posted About The Backlash On His Facebook Page Before His Death, With Captions And I Quote.

 “Now they want to grab Klabuu 36. Goons armed with pangas and pistols to scare people. It cannot happen. #zagazaga,” he wrote.

Kenyans Led By Former Sonu Chairman Babu Owino Took To Social Media To Condemn The Killings Of Ragira Who Died Fighting For Traders Rights Who He Claimed Were Being Terrorized By Goons Demanding For Money Depending On The Size Of The Piece Of Land.

Mr. Ragira Who Contested The Milimani Ward Seat On An Independent Ticket But Lost To Moses Ogeto Of Odm.Has Left Behind A Wife And A Daughter.
