The south African president, Jacob Jacob, accompanied by First Lady, Sizakele Zuma, among other dignitaries finally docked in Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as the South African president commenced, officially, his three-day tour in Kenya.
Zuma was received earlier at the airport by Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed, and received 21-gun Salute at the State House where he was received by Kenya President, Uhuru Kenyatta.
Also at JKIA to receive President Zuma were CS Jacob Kaimenyi, Senator Zipporah Kitonyi & South African ambassador to Kenya Ms. Koleka A. Mqulwana.
President Uhuru Kenyatta welcomed the South African President on Tuesday with an elaborate 21-gun salute when he arrived at State House shortly after 10am.

The National Anthems of Kenya and South Africa were played after which the Kenya Defence Forces fired 21 cannon shots.
Zuma also inspected the guard of honour mounted by a detachment of the Kenya Air Force. The South African leader then entered the State House building to sign the visitor’s book.
The two head of states will hold bilateral talks before addressing a joint press conference.
