The hashtag #GlazersOut is trending on Twitter in most parts of the globe courtesy of Manchester United fans who are tired of the current situation at Manchester United and this they say is the doing of Glazers family.
The form, performance of Manchester United has been on the decline over the years and ever since the exit of Sir Alex Fergusson, the Red Devils have never found their footing.
United missed securing a slot in the UEFA Champions League, they were eliminated from FA Cup by Wolves and they did not make it to the top 4. This is a dismal performance for United and such can only be expected of Arsenal and Everton.
Manchester United have taken to Social Media to express their frustration to the fact that despite the dismal performance, the team has been busy on the transfer Market.
Protests have been made inside and outside of Old Trafford in years gone by, with many adorning the yellow and green colours of the original Newton Heath club as a sign of their dislike towards the current owners.
It started as a response to a fan account asking everyone to tweet out #GlazersOut at 20:05 BST on June 19 – underscoring that it was in 2005 the Glazers took over the club.
United fans claim the Glazers are siphoning money off the club while the team is posting discouraging results.
It has also been suggested that The Glazers have failed to spend a single penny on the club since taking over, with mounting debts among other points mentioned.
