Sammy Omollo (Pamzo) named Posta Rangers coach

Posta Rangers have confirmed new coach who will be taking over following the reorganization of the club technical bench in October.

The Sportpesa Premier League (SPL) side named  former Tusker, Oserian and Sony Sugar coach Sammy Omollo as the new head coach following.

According to the club’s chairman John Tonui, the new coach will work on a one-year deal.

Former coach Zedekiah Otieno is also reported to join the managerial said as the Technical Director.

“We have confirmed Pamzo in the position on a one-year contract, with Zico being appointed the new TD. These changes are meant to breathe a fresh lease of life in the team after the 2016 season.

“2016 was a good season for us but we feel there is more ground we can cover. The appointments are meant to inspire a higher return for us in 2017 and beyond and we hope the coach does well,” he said.
