The Chelsea striker, Patrick Bamford, has moved to Turf Moor for his temporary spell following an unsuccessful stint with Norwich last season.
Bamford made just seven appearances for the Canaries and will hope to get more chances under Sean Dyche.
The 22-year-old has since had a string of loan moves and is yet to make his competitive debut for the Blues.
Chelsea signed Bamford from Nottingham Forest in 2012 for £1.5m.
