Four suspects have been arrested and arraigned in court at Ogembo in Kisii county for being in possession of paper of forgery contrary to the law.
The suspects were caught with a total of 380 fake US dollars at Gionseri sublocation Gucha sub county.
One of the suspects,Herbet Akuma pleaded guilty to the offense and was remanded until October 8 2018 when resident magistrate Julius Mutai will give judgment.
The three others David Barongo,Haron Onduro and Danvas Boxers denied the charge.
The magistrate ordered that they be released on a sh. 400,000 bond with surety of similar amount or a cash bail of sh. 200,000 pending mention of their case on October 17 this year.
Hearing of the case was set for January 24 next year.
