GOVERNOR MUTUA URGES PRESIDENT UHURU TO CONVENE A LEADERS MEETING TO IRON OUT KENYAN POLITICS

Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua has called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to convene a leaders meeting to iron out national issues that are causing disharmony.

Dr Mutua spoke in Machakos at his office during a meeting with members of the clergy.  He said the violent events that took place during the concluded by-elections are a sign of dangerous times, especially during the forthcoming 2022 elections.

Mutua further said Kenya is tired of the same leadership and yearns for fresh leadership. He said the country faces real danger in 2022 due to political interests.

He added that a majority of Kenyans are young and want real change.
