The search for Chief Justice will finally come to an end tomorrow, with the swearing in ceremony for David Maraga.
According to the president’s statement, Maraga will be sworn in on Wednesday as CJ succeeding Willy Mutunga, Uhuru announced this during the accountability summit at State House in Nairobi on Tuesday.
This came as the second-last day for the approval or rejection of Maraga’s nomination with Members or Parliament scheduled to hold a special sitting from 6.45pm to adopt the report on his vetting.
