Migori Gubernatorial Aspirant Ochillo Ayacko has approached Appeals Tribunal to obtain a court order to block ODM primaries.
He told the Tribunal that the nominations were not handled in a fair manner.
This has led to three returning officers and their deputies resigning.The returning officers were from Awendo and Suna West constituencies
