Mtwapa Man Murad Awadh Bates who stabbed wife several times killing her has been charged in Mombasa high before Justice Anne Ong’injo.
Reading the Charges to suspect justice Ong’njo asked the suspect to remain silent.
“I will read to you the charges but you will remain silent.
You will plead guilty or not guilty when mental assessment report will be presented to the court”
