Huduma Kenya has urged all citizens who applied for IDs, birth certificates, and smart driving licenses to collect them at respective Huduma centres.
In a statement published on 23rd Apri 2024, Huduma Kenya noted that currently, over 138,000 IDs and 54,000 birth certificates are yet to be collected.
Additionally, they stated that 45,129 smart driving licenses have also not been collected across the 53 Huduma centres country-wide.
“Over 138K uncollected IDs, 54K birth certificates, and over 45 K uncollected Smart DLs at Huduma Centres. Pitia Huduma Centres uchukue document yako,” read the statement.
Huduma Kenya has urged citizens to contact them at 1919 for assistance with any government service. They include:NHIF Services, Police Abstract, KRA Services, Good Conduct, Birth Certificates, NSSF Services, Duplicate IDs Services, HELB Services, AGPO Services, NCA Services, WEF Services among others.
