A pool of ten candidates has been shortlisted for the position of Chief Executive Officer for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
The shortlisted include Mabonga Joel Lusweti, Nakitari Okuku Humphrey, Aura Zephaniah Okeyo and Kioko Paul Christopher, Kariuki Nancy Wanjiku, Murigi Elishiba Muthoni, Tarus Benjamin Kipchumba, Mwasi Anne Kerubo, Khalid Billow. Also on the list are Acting CEO Marjan Marjan Hussein.
The ten were picked from 97 applicants, with interviews now set from June 24th to the 26th.
All shortlisted candidates are advised to bring along their original and a copy of their academic and professional certificates, testimonials and clearance certificates from KRA, HELB, ODPP, DCI, CRB and EACC for interviews.
The position fell vacant after the former boss Ezra Chiloba was fired over accusations of failing to appear before a disciplinary committee following an internal audit report.
