Kenya has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic ties with Serbia during a high-level meeting between Prime Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Musalia Mudavadi and H.E. Ms. Danijela Čubrilo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to Kenya.
The courtesy call, held at the Railways office, provided a platform to explore new avenues for deepening the longstanding Kenya-Serbia partnership.
“Kenya values its diplomatic partnership with Serbia and remains committed to deepening collaboration for shared prosperity,” stated the Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi.
During the discussions, both parties emphasized the importance of fostering greater trade, unlocking investment opportunities, and expanding collaboration across various sectors of mutual interest.
Kenya and Serbia share a rich history of cooperation, and this engagement marks a renewed effort to enhance economic diplomacy and create tangible benefits for businesses and citizens of both nations.
“Our conversation explored fresh pathways to deepen the longstanding Kenya-Serbia partnership, with a focus on boosting trade, unlocking investment opportunities, and expanding cooperation across areas of mutual interest,” added PCS Mudavadi.
As Kenya continues to position itself as a regional economic hub, strengthening partnerships with global allies like Serbia remains a key priority.
Both sides expressed optimism about the potential for increased bilateral trade, technical cooperation, and cultural exchange to further solidify the friendship between the two nations.
