Five people have been killed and six others injured.
Attackers from Lagdera, Garissa County, reportedly besieged Duse centre in Isiolo County this morning.
Isiolo Police Commander Charles Ontita said that close to 30attacker invaded the place around 5:30 am.
A woman was in the process shot dead.
Police suspect that the retaliatory attack has been orchestrated by angry Somali herders from Auliyan clan in Lagdera who were flushed out of grazing areas in Isiolo County.
No suspect has been arrested in connection with the killings.
