Kenya sevens rugby squad for the next two legs has been announced today
The squad for the Wellington and Sydney legs of the 2016/17 HSBC Sevens World Series was named on Wednesday morning by Head Coach Innocent Simiyu.
All time Kenya Sevens scorer Collins Injera as expected made his comeback return to the squad. Simiyu has made five changes from the team that featured at the Dubai and Cape Town sevens last year.
Oscar Ouma, Eden Agero, Sammy Oliech, Bush Mwale and Collins Injera will all be featuring in the team for the first time this season.
The coach has retained Captain Andrew Amonde, William Ambaka, Kabras duo of Brian Tanga and Dan Sikuta. Leonard Mugaisi, Augustine Lugonzo and lastly Nelson Oyoo.
Kenya Sevens is pooled alongside Argentina, England and Papua Guinea for Wellington 7s and is set to leave for New Zealand on Sunday.

Kenya 7s will play the first match on Saturday 28 January 2017 against Argentina at 4:32 am Kenyan time before later meeting Papua New Guinea at 7.56am and later the heavyweights England at 2:10PM
