Alarming Unga prices
From an average of Ksh 95 per 2 Kilogramme packet, the prices of Unga has gone past the bar.
Common brands like Jogoo are selling Ksh 130 from Ksh 126, an increase of Ksh 4 within a week.
Soko, on the other hand, has icrased by Ksh 8 from Ksh 123 to Ksh 131.
The situation which is slowly getting out of hands has been linked to the shortage in maize supply.
