Legendary athlete Paul Tergat is as good as the next president of National Olympics Committee of Kenya after his only competitor,the incumbent,Dr. Kipchoge Keino failed to formalize his bid for the elections in May 5th.
Kipchoge Keino’s reign of nearly two decades was brought to an end by an announcement made on Wednesday by by the Center for Multiparty Democracy Kenya (CMD-Kenya) bringing a dramatic twist to the race of the committee’s presidency
