Motorola 2017 Smartphone Lineup Leaked

A new image surfaced on the internet claims to show Motorola’s entire 2017 smartphone lineup. The image shared by the smartphone tipster Evan Blass shows that the company plans to launch as many as nine smartphones across five different series — Moto Z, X, G, E and C — in the course of the year.

Each of the series will include two new smartphones except for the Moto X series, which will only include one handset. The leaked image suggests the arrival of Moto Z Play (2017), Moto Z Force (2017), Moto X 2017 (previous leaks claim the moniker ‘Moto X4’), Moto GS, Moto GS+, Moto E (2017), Moto E Plus, Moto C and the Moto C Plus.

The Moto Z Play (2017) model will feature a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The Moto Z Force will include a ‘Shattershield’ screen with 1Gb LTE support. Both will support the Moto Mods that were introduced last year along with the Moto Z smartphone.

The image further mentions that the Moto X4 will sport a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display with 3D Glass screen and ‘SmartCam’. There is no word on what exactly the ‘SmartCam’ feature will include. The device is likely to follow the Moto X Style and the Moto X Play smartphones.
The Moto GS is speculated to feature a 5.2-inch full-HD display with metal body build, while the Moto GS+ is seen listed with 5.5-inch full-HD display with ‘dual cam’. The Moto E (2017) model is supposed to come with a 5-inch HD display with 2.5D curved glass coating, while its elder brother, the Moto E Plus is expected to sport a 5.5-inch HD display with massive 5,000mAh battery, which also cements the past rumours.
Lastly, the Moto C is seen listed with a 5-inch FWVGA display and the C Plus could come with a 5-inch HD screen with 4,000mAh battery
