D-day for ‘Railonzo’, will they take the oath?

The anticipated NASA oathing of Raila Amolo Odinga and Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka as the president and deputy president of the republic of Kenya failed to take off at 8;30 am as was communicated by NASA CEO Norman Magaya despite their supporters trooping in to Uhuru Park as early as 5 am.

Magaya on Monday said that the attendees should be seated by 8.30am as the ceremony should be over by 1pm, though by that time the event had not already started. Earlier on Kalonzo Musyoka had come out urging their supporters to calm down saying that they are still consulting on how to carry out the oath, also condemning the communication authority of Kenya for a total shut down on all media stations who were beaming live the event.

Should the event go uninterrupted and the oath taken the question remains what their next steps will be
