Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has appealed to the Court of Appeal to quash high Court ruling on Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) after the appellate court heard the case last week.
Speaking today at his Mogotio Home, Baringo County, Moi is a proponent of the document said the court should bring back BBI to enable locals get development among them additional constituencies.
The Senator was with Baringo Women Representative Gladwel Tungo and Tiaty MP William Kamket whom they have been strategic meeting ahead of 2022 elections.
The ruling on the case will be heard on 20th next month.
