Migori GK prison inmates get a rare treat as they receive Christmas goodies together with spiritual uplifting, after the bishop of Caring Africa Outreach Church in Migori town, bishop Dr.Esau jobando visited the facility. The bishop said that as a church they believe in good humanitarian activities which involves visitation of the disadvantaged in the community, orphans and widows. Dr Esau urged the community to accept the inmates once they are freed for they are changed through transformation they receive.
Senior superintendent of prisons in charge of Migori main prisons Mr. Alfred Nkeya welcomed the good gesture from Bishop Jobando as it gives inmates a boost of morality and not to feel lonely. He thanked the community for appreciating their efforts of rehabilitations towards inmates.
