Manchester United early in the morning local time announced that they have finalized the process of acquiring services of the French man, Paul Pogba, a player they allowed leave the club on a free transfer.
In four years with the Turin giants, Pogba has been transformed into a world-class central midfielder and won four Serie A titles with the Bianconeri.
“I am delighted to rejoin United,” he said.“It has always been a club with a special place in my heart and I am really looking forward to working with Jose Mourinho.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Juventus and have some fantastic memories of a great club with players that I count as friends.
“But I feel the time is right to go back to Old Trafford. I always enjoyed playing in front of the fans and can’t wait to make my contribution to the team.
“This is the right club for me to achieve everything I hope to in the game.”
Finalization of Pogba transfer has made Murinho a proud manager following 100% acquisition of all his prime targets. When he took the managerial mantle, the former Chelsea boss added in four transfer targets; Ibrahimovic, Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Paul Pogba.
“I think it is destiny. First my mum told me I would come back here. I told her, you never know, we’ll see. For myself it’s a big challenge to come back to where I come from, to where I grew up and where I started. I didn’t finish what I started here, so I think I came to finish everything.”
