Government Pushes Ten-Point Agenda and NADCO Reforms

The Government has reaffirmed its full support for the Committee on the Implementation of the Ten-Point Agenda and the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) Report (COIN-10).

The implementation process is anchored on inclusive national dialogue aimed at uniting Kenyans, restoring public confidence in state institutions, and strengthening transparency and accountability across government.

“We are supporting the Committee on the Implementation of the Ten-Point Agenda and the National Dialogue Committee Report (COIN-10) to fully deliver on its mandate,” stated President Ruto.

By translating consensus into action, the reforms are expected to reinforce democratic governance, enhance service delivery, and expand socio-economic opportunities for all citizens.

“It will translate consensus into practical reforms that strengthen democracy, improve daily life, and create opportunities for all,” added the President.

The Ten-Point Agenda and NADCO outcomes form a critical roadmap for addressing key national concerns through dialogue-driven solutions, ensuring that agreed reforms are practical, measurable, and responsive to the needs of Kenyans.

At State House, Nairobi, President William Ruto received a briefing and progress from COIN-10, highlighting milestones achieved and next steps toward full implementation.

The engagement reaffirmed the Government’s resolve to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the agreed reforms in the national interest.

The Government remains committed to sustaining dialogue, building consensus, and advancing reforms that strengthen democracy, promote social cohesion, and improve the daily lives of Kenyans.
