Raila Odinga, the former Prime Minister led CORD supporters in a protest to eject IEBC officials from their offices at the Anniversary Towers.The scene turned chaotic prompting police to disperse the surging crowd.
Odinga had to run for his dear life as his security detail fight to whisk him away from the chaotic scene. The CORD leaders were demanding the exit of IEBC Commissioners claiming they had zero confidence in the Commission.
Japheth Koome, the Nairobi County Commander had earlier warned that the planned protest would not be allowed asking the organizers to seek alternative avenues to resolve their dispute.
