Majority Leader in the National Assembly Aden Duale has accused Cord leader RailaOdinga of praying for the jailing of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto. Duale said RailaOdinga wanted the International Criminal Court (ICC) to jail President Kenyatta and William Ruto to guarantee his access to power.
He said the Jubilee Coalition would decide on whether to proceed with the Bill on the repeal of the International Crimes Act after the African Union decides on the way forward regarding the ICC.At a press conference held on Thursday,14th April 2016,the Leader of Majority in Parliament,AdenDuale said RailaOdinga’s statements in France confirmed that he and ODM were “the local component of the ICC.”
