Water is life but for some sections of Nairobi, residents have already begun experiencing the water shortage effects.
This is after the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company Limited published a water rationing program.
According to Nairobi City Water and Water Sewerage, those sections will face one-day reduction from the total number of days they have been receiving water.
The move to ration water was as a result of a drop in water capacity at Ndakaini dam which serves as the main water reservoir for Nairobi county.
The rationing is expected to continue upto March 2017 when the long rains start.
