The body governing athletics in Kenya, Athletics Kenya (AK), has vowed to investigate Stanchart marathon incidence where an athlete tried to cheat his way to victory.
This according to the Nairobi Branch Chairman Barnabas Korir who said the cheats will be handled accordingly.
This came after John Mwangi Nyaruai tried to cheat his way to victory in the men 21km race of Sunday’s Nairobi Standard Chartered International Marathon.
