A photo of slaughtered chicken near a toilet has gone viral on social media leaving many disgusted by the unhygienic condition in which the delicacy was apparently kept in.
In the picture, a countless number butchered birds are seen dumped on the floor next to a dirty washroom inside what is rumored to be a Nairobi restaurant.
The image was shared widely on social media with a section of the public vowing never to eat kuku at various eateries in the City.
