A seventy  year woman is crying for  medical assistance to  aid in assisting her ailing  grandson disowned by his mother.

He also experiences  failing eye sight, has difficulties in  eating and  developed a huge growth on his back.

Intriguingly, there is no history of the  young person ever visiting a health facility since childhood.
