Deputy President Kithure Kindiki convened with the National Assembly Committee on Internal Affairs and Administration to prioritize government interventions via legislation and policy, alongside reviewing ongoing programs aimed at fortifying national security and public administration.
The meeting served as a platform to identify and prioritise key areas where legislative and policy frameworks need strengthening. The committee and the Deputy President explored avenues for improved service delivery and enhanced security measures across the nation.
“Discussed priority areas for Government intervention through legislation and policy as well as highlights of government programmes being implemented to strengthen security, public administration and other services,” said DP Kindiki.
