The weekend marked the last day of the English Premier League season with Chelsea emerging winners.

Chelsea lifted the English Premier League silverware for the fifth time on Sunday.
As the curtain was drawn on the season, the champions were crowned with a seven point advantage ahead of second-placed Tottenham.
Chelsea claimed 30 victories, losing just five times along the way and will be looking to add more success in the Champions League next season.
Terry departs as a hero in a fitting farewell and Conte’s men will no doubt enjoy their success before turning their attention to a title-defence next campaign.
Thibaut Courtois
Thibaut Courtois paid tribute to his title-winning Chelsea team-mates after he claimed his first Premier League Golden Glove.
The 25-year-old goalkeeper went into the final match of the season against Sunderland with 16 clean sheets and that is how it stayed as Javier Manquillo scored for the Black Cats in the third minute.
That left Hugo Lloris as his only challenger but Tottenham Hotspur also conceded in his side’s 7-1 victory at Hull City, leaving the Frenchman on 15 clean sheets.
Kante Ngolo
N’Golo Kante has been named the EA Sports Premier League Player of the Season, added to the PFA Player of the Year and FWA Footballer of the Year honors he has already collected.
Harry Kane
Harry Kane received the Premier League Golden Boot after being the top scorer for the second time.
Kane was two goals behind leading scorer Romelu Lukaku, of Everton, with only four days of 2016/17 left to play.
But he fired four at Leicester City on Thursday night and ended the season in style with a hat-trick at Hull City, taking his tally to 29 and making him only the fifth player in Premier League history to finish as top scorer in successive campaigns.

Manchester City sealed their position in the Champions League group stage with a 5-0 triumph over Watford and yesterday they confirmed their superiority with a 3-1 win against West Brom.
Liverpool booked a place in the most coveted top 4 of theEnglish Premeir League by defeating Middlesbrough 3-0 .
Liverpool have now qualified for UEFA Champions League.
Despite overcoming Everton 3-1 with ten men,Arsenal did not make it to the top 4 and will now play in the Europa League.
Manchester United claimed the 6th position in the Premier League despite an outstanding performance by the Jose Mourinho men who included mostly the youth players. Demi Mitchell,Harrop,Scott McTomminay,Joel Pereira started started while Angel Gomes came off the bench with a couple of minutes remaining. The youth players made their debut with Jose resting his first eleven for the Europa League Final that might see Manchester Book a spot in the UEFA Champions League.
