Three businessmen and Mombasa county staff Charged afresh in Mombasa for forgery and grabbing beach plot worth Ksh 30million.
The suspect Anwar Ali Mombasa county Staff, Winfred Jacqueline Adhiambo Onyango Joseph Nyanganga alis John Odera Nyanganga and Mohammed Mohammed on diverse dates between 16 March 2008 and 24th April 2017 Timwani area in Likoni within Mombasa jointly and forcefully encroached on a parcel of land block No Mombasa Mainland South block No 1/133.
The suspects denied the charges denied the charges before Mombasa chief magistrate Marth Mutuku and were released on a 1million bond or cash bail of Ksh 100,000.
The four will appear again in court 13 July when case will be mentioned.
