Slain Rongo University student Sharon Otieno will be buried today at her grandfather’s home in Magare Village, Homabay County, even as her family continues to feel the pain of losing her.
Yesterday, relatives, friends and residents thronged the family’s home when the body arrived at her grandfather Samuel Odege, ahead of the ceremony.
Earlier, the family had indicated that they will not burry her until her killers are arrested and charged in court.
Migori Governor Okoth Obado together with his aides Caspal Obiero and Michael Oyamo have already been charged in connection to the murder of the late sharon.
