A boy has shot dead his elder brother and his sister in-law to his other brother with a poisonous arrow over land dispute.
The incident which happened in Katunoi village of kapkelwa location,Baringo central saw Alexender kipchumba the suspect who is claimed to have committed the murder after he was denied to sell his parcel land after he claimed he was HIV positive.
Aflphonce kipchumba and Melvin Rotich who both shot at the left side of the chest.Alfhonce died on the spot while Melvine succumbed to injuries while being rushed to Baringo county referral hospital
Confirming the incident Baringo county Ocpd said they have arrested the suspect with bow and four poisonous arrows in his hide out at kaptimbor in outskirts of kabarnet town.
Kapkelwa location have been having cases of murder being a remote village with no police station or nearby hospitals as suspects commit crime and escape.Residents have now called upon the Government to construct police station in the area to avert rising cases of crime.
The bodies of the deceased are at Baringo county referral mortuary as village left in shock.
