Nyandarua County residents have been urged to collect their Huduma Namba cards at various divisional offices once they get notifications to do so.
Huduma Namba Secretariat Assistant County Commissioner Spinicah Makori has assured residents that the cards are ready for collection with more being processed in bulk.
While noting that the cards will come in handy as all vital documents were compressed into one he said that one should click the link provided in the notification and further choose the area of collection if he/she has relocated from the place of application.
Ms. Makori also noted that the cards available at the moment belonged to those who registered when 18 years and above whereas those of minors and the aliens were yet to be processed.
She added that card will be issued to the individuals who have their original identity cards hence Kenyans should ensure they carry their IDs in order to collect their Huduma Cards.
She spoke in Ol Kalou over the weekend when she led a team of huduma namba secretariat staff in training registration bureau personnel and ACCs as a way to hasten the process of distribution once more cards trickle in.
Kaibaga division Assistant County Commisioner, Stephen Ilimo also emphasized on the need for the residents to collect their cards to avoid last minute rush noting that only a handful had turned up.
Ilimo noted that the county had so far received about 1000 cards but only 89 have been collected from the Ol Kalou subcounty offices appealing to members of the public who have been contacted to come for the cards.
