Poetic Tuesday: If Only Malia Obama Had Read This Poem…

This artistic Kenyan sat down and crafted something special for President Obama’s daughter, Malia.

TELL MALIA!

Anyone please if you meet Malia along´

Tell her my feelings are to the brim and strong´

Tell her i am financially unfit´

But romantically i scrub from head to the feet´

Tell her love to me is the theme´

I shall not hit and run´

I shall run to hit and stick to it´

And so let me get my lines right´

Before i am old and i loose the might!

Tell her i live in the city his father was born´

Tell her to come before my love is torn´

Tell her to listen to my rhythm and feel right my tone´

We have no problem with finance´

To our love her father will finance´

So let get my lines right´

Before i am old and i loose the might!

Come ooh daughter of Barack´

Come! grand daughter to Obama´

I give love both in winter and summer´

Never mind i might be a son of a poor farmer´

But love´

Love my dear´

I build and again i do´

So let me get my lines right´

Before i am old and i loose the might!

Say my name baby

I never brag´

But love you shall drink from my mag´

Common dance to Amarula´

I am still the ruler´

The reason i cannot pick her call´Rihanna!

So my lines let me get right´

Before old i become and i loose the might!

I shall take you to the valleys in shamakhokho´

Build you a hut in Lukhokho´

Take you to the falls in Nabuyole´

And buy you Pizza in kayole´

Call me sweetheart Malia´

And let me take you to your inlaws in Bumula!
