Presidential Ruling
In his ruling, the CJ said that the electoral process was affected by a point of compromising the whole process and results of the election, hence nullified the presidential elections in the favor of the first respondent.

Among other demands, NASA called for fresh tenders to hire services of another firm which would print the ballot papers adding that they would boycott the October 17th elections if their demands are not obeyed.
