Remain calm as we await supreme court verdict, Kalonzo urge Kenyas

Wiper Leader, Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka today attended the swearing-in ceremony for the incoming Makueni governor at Unoa grounds.

Makueni Governor Prof Kivutha Kibwana managed to defend his seat on a wiper ticket to secure a second term in office.

Musyoka is one of the prominent Ukambani leaders, and in the recent has witnessed fall out with some of the Ukambani leaders who accused him of failing Kambas.

Speaking during the ceremony, Musyoka urged Kenyans to remain calm as they await Supreme Court verdict on the ongoing NASA case.

NASA, whose flag bearer is Raila Odinga, with Musyoka as his running mate lost in 8/8 general elections to Jubilee’s Uhuru Kenyatta in an election that the ODM leader accompanied by his co-principals in the coalition termed as the sham and full of malpractices.

After a few days, NASA filed a petition at the Supreme Court requesting the bench of judges to nullify the results and order IEBC to have the election repeated after availing over 20,000 pages of evidence and affidavits through the coalition lawyers.
