Kalonzo persues the church to support the BBI document which he terms as a reformist document .

Wiper Democratic Movement Leader Hon Kalonzo Musyoka has pursuended the Church to support the BBI document which he terms as a reformist document best for the country.

Kalonzo says the BBI bill presents the best opportunity for devolution as it proposes real monies to the Wards which are the smallest units of representation.

The Wiper Leader says the Church should stand against corruption and further scrutinize the monies that are being donated to them by individuals whose salaries are in the public domain not to be used to sanitize corruption.

He challenged the church to be the voice against corruption and not to encourage donations which are ill gotten to be given to the church so as to keep the  church holy.

Kalonzo who attended church service at St. Jude Kisooni Catholic Church in Mumbuni, Machakos announced that President Uhuru Kenyatta will be touring the Lower Eastern Region in the coming week for a development tour asking Kenyans to turn up and welcome the head of state.

He says the President will tour Konza, the 39 Billion Thwake dam and  later open the Malt-million Kibwezi – Mutomo – Kitui Road that connects the country to Ethiopia, a multi-million Irrigation Scheme in Tseikuru and Open Tseikuru Technical Institute as well as launch a new university in Makueni among other projects.

On the matter of corruption, the Wiper Boss encouraged the media to continue exposing corrupt leaders for the public to know and judge for themselves.
