KANU EXPECTED TO NAME IT’S FLAG BEARER THESE WEEK.

Kenya African National Union (KANU) is expected to name Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has its presidential flag bearer this Thursday to kick start his journey to state house.

Moi who is expected to receive blessings from party delegates and locals from Baringo today will join growing number of candidates among his political nemesis Deputy President William Ruto.

West Pokot Senator Samuel Phoghisio who is also Majority leader at the senate said Gideon Moi has what it takes to be the next president urging locals not to be swayed to join other parties.

He said KANU is still strong and likely Moi will be endorsed to fly One Kenya Alliance flag in next year’s General elections.

Tiaty MP William Kamket said KANU is ready to do coalition agreements with other parties expect UDA which is associated with DP Ruto rallying locals to support Moi’s candidature.

Moi is expected to attend a church service today at AIC Tandui at his Sacho Village thereafter meet with locals from Baringo County.
