The Kenya Coast Guard Service (KCGS) has heightened safety protocols to ensure that all revelers have a secure and enjoyable holiday experience.
With the festive season in full swing, KCGS is working tirelessly to protect visitors on public beaches and waterways, promoting vigilance and adherence to safety guidelines.
“KCGS has implemented strict safety measures to protect all revelers. Always inform someone of your plans and stay within designated areas especially along the public beaches. Enjoy the waters safely,” stated the KCGS.
According to the KCGS, patrols have been intensified both on the waters and along the beaches, with KCGS officers on the ground to address any emergencies promptly.
“KCGS is patrolling the waters as well as the beaches to ensure your safety,” added the KCGS.
To further ensure safety, revelers are advised to stay updated on weather conditions, avoid boarding overloaded boats, and prioritize wearing life jackets while on the water.
“As you enjoy your time on the water during this festive season, remember to always wear a life jacket for your personal safety. Your safety is our priority,” stated the KCGS.
These measures are crucial for preventing accidents and maintaining safety during the festivities.
However, visitors are urged to stay within designated areas and report any suspicious activities to authorities. The KCGS has encouraged all visitors to remain vigilant and cooperative as they partake in holiday activities.
